Do Soda Folk charge for delivery?

As we like to use a trusted courier service to ensure your goodies arrive safely with you there is a reasonable charge depending upon your location. That being said, if you like to order in bulk and the cost goes over £23.99 we’ll deliver your soda for FREE. Where possible we will ensure that your Soda Folk deliveries arrive within 5 working days.

Can I return my order?

We hope you are happy with your order and love our Soda Folk products as much as we do. However, should you have a problem with your order or want to return your items, please email ken@sodafolk.com within 28 days and he’ll help you get that arranged.

If you simply decide you no longer want your order, then it is your responsibility to return the items to us in good condition (we recommend using a courier). Once we have received your items in good condition, we will process your refund, please allow 7-10 days for this before contacting us about your refund.

Soda Folks definition of ‘good condition’ is in its original packaging and complete with no opened cans. As such all products must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. All orders must be returned in full, meaning that individual cans cannot be returned to us.

Do I need to be in when my product is delivered?

No, you don’t! If you’re not available, you can ask for your soda to be left in a safe place, with the good folk who live next door or rearranged for another day.

Do you deliver abroad?

Not at the moment, though we’re working on it. We currently only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
