Our first #Folksgiving day was a triumph! So many Good Deeds being celebrated with some Good Soda.
But, we don’t want to stop there. We want to share some inspiration for how you can still get involved.
If you weren’t lucky enough to be one of the 50 to claim a free crate and nominate a Good Deeder to send it to - fear not there will be more opportunities in the coming months when you can put forward a Good Deed and we’ll make sure each month we select someone to win some sumptuous soda!
A sneak-peak at some of our extraordinary Good Deeds
Some of the deeds you shared last week were truly inspirational. From NHS workers providing care to those most in need during the pandemic, to those helping out their neighbours with household chores - people across the country have been ramping up their kindness in these times of need.
Take Liz from West Sussex, she was due to retire from the NHS this year after 40 years of valuable service. Rather than put her feet up, she postponed her well deserved retirement for 6 months, was on call at weekends and helped out where she could. What a star!
We also heard about Loretta from Durham who’s been helping her buddy Richard with his shopping during the pandemic. She’s managed to keep Richard level-headed and upbeat at all times, despite her own worries, and has generally been a fantastic friend.
Luke from Derbyshire and Andrea from Surrey were also both nominated for continuing to teach during the pandemic, keeping their students motivated and happy throughout! A big thank you to all!
We always want to hear about Good Deeds
We were founded off the back of Good Deeds which is why we want to continue to celebrate and reward those doing good in the world.
If you have a Good Deed to celebrate, keep nominating them. Each month we pick the best Good Deed we receive and reward them with a delicious crate of our soda.
Whether big or small, we’re eager to hear them all. You never know, you might even end up featuring on one of our next fabulous cans of soda.
