Vegan Cherry & Cream Soda Blondies

Cherrries, cream & all things blondie, it really is a match made in heaven.

Vegan Cherry & Cream Soda Blondies Recipe


300g Plain Flour

1tsp Baking Powder

250g Sugar

1 Can of Soda Folk Cream Soda

200g Summer Fruits

30ml Soda Folk Cherry Soda

30g Icing Sugar

1Tbsp Soda Folk Cherry Soda


Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Add your dry ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined. Pour in your can of Cream Soda & stir until you can see no more flour. Add your summer fruits and mix until evenly spread through the mix. Pour into a lined baking tin. Add your Cherry Soda and marble throughout the mix. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and leave to cool. Whilst cooling, mix your icing sugar and 1tbsp of Cherry Soda. Drizzle onto your blondies for a fruity burst.
